Charles Automotive & Tire

Charles and the crew of mechanics were very friendly and accommodating. It is rare to find good and honest auto technicians now a days. They seemed very skilled and professional, especially with my BMW. The shop seemed very clean and comfortable for all its customers. I was very pleased with my oil change as well as my A/C service for the summer. In these times of inflation and high costs, their pricing was very competitve. However, what stood out for me was the overall great service and professionalism. I highly recommend Charles Automotive & Tire in Rockville Md. Thank you Charlie and Eric!! Gratitude!!!!! Rick M

Charley and the team were great. I brought my car in to put on new wheels and tires, and despite discrepancies and problems with the job, they took care of me and gave me the agreed upon price. Highly recommend this place.

Came in for a nail in my tire (with my spare on and the damaged tire in my trunk) - the team was so nice, they fixed my tire and balanced my wheels on the same day with short notice. They also have a comfortable waiting area. Highly recommend, will be coming back for future maintenance.

I brought my car in for a suspected fuel pump repair. Hunter was great to work with and made scheduling the confirming diagnostic review as well as the completion of the work, easy. Overall, the service was timely, fairly priced, and I was communicated with consistently and with respect as a customer. It doesn’t hurt that a sweet, friendly dog greets you upon entrance to the shop. Highly recommend.

I will always take my car to Charles Automotive. These guys have integrity, they go above and beyond to make sure their customers are well taken care of. From the front desk, to the mechanics, everyone is professional, personable, and their service is more than reliable. I'm so happy with the service I received there. I have dealt personally with Hunter, and I felt he was fair and trustworthy, and addressed all the needs of my vehicle on more than one occasion.
